Minato would win, even without the FTG, he was very fast.....
as seen when he protected Kakakshi, and has quick reflexes, as he blocked the enemies shuriken on Kakashi with his own, while staying behind Kakashi.


as a Last resort, Minato has Death Reaper Seal........
he could seal Naruto, then he dies, meaning he wins.
