I think they should Put Naruto's 2-Tailed Form, because the form appeared in Episodes 29 and 30 and they said the game would invole the entire Rescue Gaara Arc which is episode 1 to 32.

IF the put another akatsuki member in there, i hope it could be Tobi, but he did not show any jutsus in the Rescue Gaara Arc when he appeared and if they do put him in, they would need to find a English Voice Actor who is perfect for him and it needs to be someone who is good at voice acting for anime characters.
