Doubt that. The crystal can only be shattered by an attack that hits the whole area, Sakura uses focused punches that compress the Chakra to a single point.

I hate to say it....I really hate to say it............but Sakura would get her butt kicked..if Naruto couldnt beat Guren........Naruto,Kakashi,Sai, and Shino together couldnt beat Guren, Sakura wouldnt stand a chance :(
