Spoilers Below:
Ok, I was confirmed that Tobi was Madara, but the way he introduces himself, is kind of bugging me. He first said, "My powers, Madara Uchiha's powers", or a line similar to that, its kind of like he's referencing that Madara's powers are his, but he's not Madara himself, he could have introduced himself as "I am Uchiha Madara, and my powers shall be regained", or something like, that,
in the most recent chapter 460, he says something similar to that, he says Madara Uchiha's powers again, it just seems like Tobi is someone else, I can't put my finger on who(definitely NOT Obito).
Another thing, notice how Zetsu mostly calls Tobi, "Tobi" instead of calling him Madara, and also notice that Zetsu always stays behind Tobi, like around him(I think the Data Book said that).
The mask, if he truly is Madara, why wear a mask around Sasuke, and Zetsu, if its for security, then he could take the mask off, when at least in the Akutsuki's lair,I think he wears a mask, because he looks like someone we know, don't know who, but I think he does.Also note the Sharingan, he so far did not activate the EMS, or even the MS for that matter, when fighting Naruto, if Madara is really as powerful as they say, he could have easily taken Naruto from them, by using some MS tech.
I believed strongly that Madara=Tobi, but now, I am starting to doubt it.
Of course, Mr.Kishimoto could have done this just to "throw us off".
So now do you believe that Madara=Tobi or Tobi=someone else.

Well, sometimes, somepeople refere to themselves in the third person...one if this situations is when they are saying things like, "I swear, that me, (full name), will do ......", also, with his age, Madara could be not 100% in the full capability of his mental capacities....lol...
About Zetzu calling Madara, only Tobi, it could be cause Zetsu only soon learn that Tobi is Madara, and because he is used to be call him Tobi, he continued to called him in that way...
About Madara, using a mask, well, I think that Madara created the fake alias of Tobi, and uses a mask to protect his identity, like I said before, I think that there was something or someone that helped Hashirama at least to weaken Madara's EMS power, allowing Hashirama to have the space and time to do what he wanted...so this person/thing could be still somewhere searching for him, so that would explain why he always keeps is mask (only tried to take is mask once in the akatsuki lair in front of Sasuke), only reveal that he is Uchiha Madara to small groups of people, this to avoid and keep in control the number of people that know he is Madara....and the mask to don't be recognized....that is at least what I think...

he carried a fan and was able to teleport wherever he wanted.Just like Madara.

Well we never saw him really use his power apart from the space/time jutsu that allowed him to escape from all enemy attacks, so it probalby can't use them, or need to do something to can be able to use him in the same strenght as before, and we see that by him referring himself in the third person, like he was missing someone he is no more....
