there is another Uchiha that hasn't been shown in the anime yet
Madara Uchiha - is the real leader behind the akatsuki. He was the one who faced the first hokage far back in the history of Konoha and is behind the chaos of the nine tails attacking the village as he is the one who controlled it at the time. The nine tails himself even foreshadowed earlier in the anime when he saw Sasuke that he had a chakra darker than that of Madara Uchiha
