No. He was talking about cresselia. You get them the same way but on different islands. You find cresselia flying around and then it goes off to that island, if I remember correctly.

Ok, Start your game. When it comes to the menu, hit DS Wi-Fi options on the bottom, before you load your game. After the Wi-Fi options page comes up, hit File 1. When that comes up press serch for acceces point. And if something comes up, hit accept, and save Wi-Fi options. Then it will take you back to the main menu, load your game, then go to a Pokemon center and go into the basement. Take to either of the ladies behind the counter and get the Pal Pad. Then go to the Items menu and go to Key Items and scrol down to Pal Pad and input a FC (Friend Codes. You need these to play on Wi-Fi). After that you should be able to play and trade online with friends. If your looking to use the GTS, then fly to Jubilife city and go to the right to a big building with a giant globe inside. Talk to the lady behind the counter and enter the GTS.

It's still cheating and hacking, because those Pokemon are not legit. And it doesn't matter if he's the one who did it since you're the one asking him to do it for you.

Sorry if i am changing the subject,but if you get an arcues (and have pokemon platnuim) put it first in your party and go the the Oreburgh City (that's how you really spell it,it just that it looks weird on the computer) the go to the mines and if you talk to the hiker he will give you a plate(like a fire plate or an earth plate). then go to Canalave City.
go to the second floor of the libary and you will see the hiker agian. he will make a story (about Arcues) in the Libray.

I think it's work only if the Arcues is caught in the hall of origin and the event and i used the one i caught at the hall of origin(did you know if you press L & R while going into a pokemart you MIGHT find the Azure Flute)
