If not for anything, but to keep the forums running smoothly in the wee hours of the morning so the members can't think they can just do ANYTHING they want to. Huh? I don't understand that, the person who did it by accident had 30 Rep Power so that's where I came up with my proposal thread which I left in the Feedback Forum.
