To validate a clan, there are three things you need.

1. The village can only have three at any one time, so can't accept a fourth.
2. The Kage has to accept the clan.
3. For your members to have a KG, it needs to be approved by the War Council. Submissions are closed, and no one, not even the Council, know when they will open again.

What exactly counts as inappropriate language here?

I mean I've seen Shryse and Sage Mode use somewhat colorful language that although
it doesn't bother me there are some people who do get bothered by it (and just about
everything else.)

Is it ok to use the same vocabulary as Shryse or Sage Mode or do they have diplomatic immunity. I'm not trying to complain and say "GRRR-ables! Why can't I
use questionable words and sentences!? Viz is a piece of GRR-ables"
I'm just wondering what the actual rules are here.

You should refrain from commonly-thought-as-dirty-or-vulgar words. (Cuss words.) Most of those are blocked, of course. Besides the ones that are blocked, it'd be wise to refrain from sexual language (I'm not sure how much of that is blocked).

You'd probably need to ask one of them for real specifics as I'm not completely sure what verges on inappropriate here. I think a rule of thumb would be if you have to ask about it, don't say it.

I'm not planning on using curse words, mind you. It's just at one time I used a word
that rhymes with "sick" and starts with the first two letters of "proofread" and I
didn't even realize it actually means another word which is short for "Richard."
However that word that is short for "Richard" and also a former vice president
was used by either Shryse or Sage Mode (I forget which one.) so I'm a bit
confused as to why the word I used which means the same thing as what
Shryse or Sage Mode used but (to me) doesn't seem as bad had to be
censored.

Is the word I used actually that much worse? Is it the forum I used it in? Is it
because I don't work for Viz Media...yet (and by work I mean own.) Is Shryse
and Sage Mode just jerks (I doubt that though)?

It usually depends on if you're calling someone on the forums a bad or questionable word. I don't know if you were doing that at all. But "damn" and "dick" (depending on the context) are pretty much the limit of what you can say.

You post. This doesn't mean you should post just to rank up. Your fellow forum-goers will easily recognize that you are post-farming and your reputation will plummet to "interning under Orochimaru." All your posts should have substance! The ranks are as follows:

What are villages and how can I join one?
Villages are user created groups meant to approximate the villages of Naruto. You can join one by going into the The Villages forum, choosing a village that suits your fancy (each has their own thread), and asking nicely.

Or you can make your own. But making your own with the intent of participating in the Village War System is a tough thing to do. You need 150 posts. And being a village Kage is demanding; you have to deal with a lot people and generally be very active on the forums. It's a known fact that 9 out of 10 new villages fail before their first week is over.

Can I post or link to any Naruto pictures or videos? What about Bleach? What about any other Viz property?

As mentioned on the post below, only Admins can delete it. Only, I'll go into detail with you.

You can pm an Admin, but this means that you will never be able to access any of your account's data again, so I suggest leaving it alone in case you ever think you're going to come back.

Whats the reason to delete account, if someone doesn't wanna stay here in the forums simply not log back and no only admins can delete accounts.

The main reason accounts are deleted is

1. At a parent's request because they don't like what goes on on the site, which wouldn't be our fault considering the fact that the site is rated 13+.
2. Something happened in their lives that made them have to leave the forums for good. Such as a family death.
3. They got bored and just don't want to come back.

The most common is the latter, which I suggest not to do, because they might want to come back some day.

They don't do this frequently. Then they see it as a fashion trend so they refrain from doing it. They'll most likely only do it if the member made a typo of some sort.

I keep posting but my post count doesn't go up! ARGH, why!?
That's because certain areas of the forum don't allow you to increase your post count (and therefore rank). The areas are as follows: Off-Topic; Chats, Families, and Clubs; Debate Forum; Forum Games; Clans, Retreats and Training Grounds; and New Genins

What are villages and how can I join one?
Villages are user created groups meant to approximate the villages of Naruto. You can join one by going into the The Villages forum, choosing a village that suits your fancy (each has their own thread), and asking nicely.

Or you can make your own. But making your own with the intent of participating in the Village War System is a tough thing to do. You need 150 posts. And being a village Kage is demanding; you have to deal with a lot people and generally be very active on the forums. It's a known fact that 9 out of 10 new villages fail before their first week is over.

Can I post or link to any Naruto pictures or videos? What about Bleach? What about any other Viz property?

You post. This doesn't mean you should post just to rank up. Your fellow forum-goers will easily recognize that you are post-farming and your reputation will plummet to "interning under Orochimaru." All your posts should have substance! The ranks are as follows:

Freshmen Academy Student 0-30
Ninja Academy Student 31-60
Academy Graduate 61-99
Apprentice Genin 100-250
Genin 251-400
Genin Elite 401-499
Chunin Exam Participant 500-850

For your rank to change you have to post and to join a village you have to go through the academy first.

Can we have an Image as our Signature?

You can have an image in you signature, but you have to meet the requirements. Also, you can't have anything Viz related in your signature, just in case you wanted to know that. Quote.

300 posts and good standing is a minimum guideline, but the post requirement can tend to go up a bit if a user's lacking in the latter area, or otherwise convinces us that they're going to ruin our day if given a sig image.

If you would like to make a thread, got into any sub-forums (let's say Off-Topic just as an example), there's a tab towards the top of the page (above the box containing all the threads) on the left called "new thread." If you click that, it shall open up a text box requesting a title and a text box like the one you post in. Write your contents and click "create thread" at the bottom of the text box. Just make sure it's in the right sections and pertains to the particular subject.

rep trading is when someone reps you and you rep them back just cause they repped you hope this helps answer your question

That's not necessarily considered rep trading. I mean, I sometimes rep back those who leave their name when giving me rep. That's not considered rep-trading when I give good reasoning as of why I repped that user.

Basically, it's when x amount of users are in a deal just to rep each other for the heck of it. No reasoning at all, they just help each other out to gain in the reputation scale. Gaining rep power and gaining up in the stats.
