Well considering Kisame has super human strength and a sword.... Rocky Balboa is a human being, limited by physics, Kisame can use magic to summon an ocean....

But yeah I'm surprised more don't know about who Rocky Balboa is. Its a major part of American popular culture.

Sadly, Rocky, Apollo Creed, the scary Russian guy from the 3rd or 4th film (whose name I've forgotten) and the whole Rocky series gang don't have big, honkin' Chakra eating swords. Rocky has a lot of stamina but he's not goin' the distance on this one. Can I have an "Adrian!!!"

But I think it's pretty funny to imagine Kisame training in Philly! Can you just see him jumping up and down after he runs up the art museum steps?

(If you've never seen the series, rent the 1st Rocky movie on Netflix. It's a lot of fun!)

Rocky Balboa is more of an American Icon, he was an average guy trying to make a living but was having a hard time, and against all odds he rises to be the top dog something people look up too. Rocky Balboa couldn't take on Kisame for sure but that doesn't mean he isn't more powerful than Kisame. Rocky Balboa makes a deep impact on the people who watch him, they look up to him and he motivates them to do their best even if they are down on their luck. :)
