If Rukia or Ichigo would die.But honestly I can see one of them dying in the future.
Rukia by Aizen so Ichigo awakens a new power which grants him to defeat Aizen.
Or Ichigo after a long intense battle with him.
Honestly I would really really cry bad if Rukia would because I so Idolize her....

Considering that Aizen is the main villain and Yamamoto just a support character I guess you can guess who wins.

Yeah, that's true....but Ichigo would be a mixture of a dumbass/badass and attack Aizen the second he gets the chance to.

i can also see Hitsugaya dieing.
Lets not get too carried away. I can see Byakuya, but not really Hitsugaya. I'm not a fan of him or anything, but I really think the writer has a hard time killing off characters... I don't blame him. I find that bleach keeps repeating this random power up thing so the main characters never lose. It kind of makes the plot boring SOMETIMES, but it's good insurance.

Nah, Ichigo wouldn't die (pernatmentely) because he's the main character, but he has died two times, both from the Fourth Espada's attacks.

Actually, he said that his is The ONLY one who had reached that Form, not that he was stronger than the Top Three Espada. And he assumes that, like how Everyone in the Seretei assumed that Aizen was good guy until he openly betrayed them.

It's like this.
Shikai and Bankai:
Renji has Bankai, and Rukia only has Shikai, but does that nessesecarily mean that Renji is stronger than Rukia, who took down the 9th Espada, while Renji, even with Uryu, couldn't even heavily injure the 8th Espada?
