I'm Reading Chapter 0 right now, the part where Shiki fights Garp and Sengoku. Half of Marineford get destroyed, that implies not just that Shiki is powerful, and that Garp and Sengoku are strong as well, being able to do that much damage as well as fight Shiki and tell the tale.
