Well I'm a male, so you put me in an awkward position to answer this. I guess since lots of girls like Sasuke, its safe to assume Itachi was/is considered hot since he was stronger and cooler.

lol some of the previous posts made me laugh but I don't think Itachi is hot- I just think of him as another character.
