if youve read the latest chapter shikiamaru states that 'we' have to deal with sasuke themselves. by we i think he meant the ninjas of his agegroup, and only came to sakura 4 permission.
It seems like there will be a another sasuke retrival arc if there is, I simply cant wait.:lol:

with all the things happening right now between the villages, i don't think naruto and sakura have a choice whether to let sasuke live or not. i'm being mean to them but it looks like it's the only way for peace amongst the villages.

Kishi won't kill Sasuke. He said Sasuke was his favorite character, and the fallen angel of the story. He most likely has other than Sasuke's death planned.

I believe Kishi's current favorite character is Shikamaru.


I'm fairly certain that the Konoha 10 (not 12 because I'm not including Naruto and Sakura) can take on Sasuke.
