Kabuto wins because he can heal himself, and he uses medical ninjutsu to attack. If he uses those pills, he would be much better than usual. If Lee can go super quick, then I think Lee would win, but now, I bet that Kabuto would win.

Most likely Kabuto, in an open field, Lee can't sneak around swiftly, so Kabuto can always keep track of him. Also, a couple touches and Kabuto can kill Lee.

4 Gates means Hidden Lotus won't be as strong, and Kabuto could probably regen from a full Hidden Lotus, so Lee won't take out Kabuto.
