Yes, but when have you have seen her do something useful with it? She can't use it in a one-on-one battle and she usually needs Shikamaru too ensare the enemy.

Like Tenten, Ino has become a loser as a character. But surprisingly, in Clash of Ninja 2, if you play as Ino you can easily beat anyone with this wierd sliding attack. She's the only one who can beat Akamaru easily.
