Maybe someone could give me some pointers on how to pull it off. A few of the pieces should be simple, but some look to possibly be difficult.

I got quite a few reference pics:

For one that green thing around in his hands is a necklace and the string is like super thin. It also is kind of like a touch light, but just a small green stone somehow used as a necklace I think would work.

Here's a few large closeup shots of various items such as shoes and the other side of his right arm:

Now the pads could either be easy or hard, not sure. They kind of look like biker/football/skater pads. And you can probably tell that his left elbow doesn't real have a pad it's more like just and elbow wrapping or something. The boots should be too hard, just have to find the right color pattern. The hardest I think would be the hair or maybe a shirt that looks like his. Then there's the goggles which shouldn't be too tough. So any insight?

Look through your closet and dresser, and if they will let you, the closets and dressers of your family members. I find a lot of useful items for cosplay when I do that. I now have a complete America cosplay because I found a lot of stuff in my dresser!

Also, go to Goodwill. They have a lot of awesome stuff! ^^

Alright, I'll check it out. I'm going to be checking out other costumes like for wigs and stuff to see if Valon;s outfit has any similarities to other characters from other shows.

Well, I'd say buy a duel disk from like Toy's R Us, maybe some Velcro for the strap things, colored rubber boots, and some football shoulder pads.

Yeah, I'm thinking something along those lines probably, the shirt might be a pain the velcro could be good, I just want it to be accurate. I like it to be as accurate as possible. I'm searching for goggles and it's hard to find REALLY good ones. Football shoulder pads is probably a good idea. I just need to see if I can find it with a good color pattern. The duel disk, I might be able to find at Toys R' Us. They aren't really simple to find anymore though. IF worse comes to worse I can find the duel disk on eBay or Craigslist. Yeah, I'm searching boots, trying to find the right colors.
