Yeah, when it was said Kakashi knew 1000 jutsu, it was basically a hyperbole to give Kakashi hype and to emphasize the fact that he learned just about all his moves from Sharingan.

Wait, it's said Chidori is "Kakashi's only original move", but does that mean the only one he INVENTED or the only one he learned before Sharingan, because he had to know basic academy skills to be Jonin and learned Rasengan before getting Sharingan.

If inventing a move makes it "original", then a lot of people don't have "original moves", although Naruto's Rasenshuriken is one of the few exceptions in these cases.

Well a lot of people are saying Kakashi. But I say Naruto, here's why:

Naruto could easily start out by making a bunch of shadow clones. At this point in the series, Naruto can most likely dodge a lot of Kakashi's jutsu. If Naruto gets in close range, he wins, Kakashi didn't do very well against Kakuzu in close range, but Naruto was able to outmanuever him.

Also, I believe that a clone was able to hold Rasenshuriken, if that's the case wouldn't Naruto be okay after using the move if the clone hits Kakashi? I mean, if the pain also gets registered to Naruto when a shadow clone dies, then that's a pretty painful drawback to the shadow clone jutsu, although I don't think this is the case.

Kakashi, because, He said that Naruto surpassed him "in a way", Naruto did not really come to Kakashi's level yet, Kakashi analyzed Pain's abilities, and almost beat him in a few minutes, after he started, the same happened many times.

I have to say Kakashi. Naruto could not stand a chance if he was doing his best, because Kakashi if he tried. He would own Naruto badly because Kakashi is his student and naruto is his sensei. They can't physicly try to kill each other. If Naruto turn into kyuubi, Kakashi may be in trouble.

I'd say Naruto wins.

Kakuzu was dominating Kakashi in close range while Naruto beat Kakuzu in close range, so fighting Naruto in close range would be deadly for him. With all of his clones Kakashi couldn't be able to keep on attacking from long range forever and seeing as Naruto has far more stamina and chakra he's last longer than Kakashi and would weaken due to exhaustion more slowly. Kamui is the only real threat, but that can be countered with clones, Kakashi wouldn't dare use it on a bunch of clones seeing as the chances of getting the real one is slim.

Actually, Choza survived with major injuries, but Kakashi died. I'd tell you this is a sad moment, but it's not sad for long, Kakashi DOES come back to life thx to a certain someone! ;) I probably shouldn't say too much, doesn't seem like you've read the latest manga.

Then again Naruto does have a lot of chakra with sage mode then kyuubi chakra. Naruto could possible exhaust him from using to much chakra and take him down. This fight would be hard to decide, and very nice to watch if kishimoto ever release this fight.

The one way I think Naruto could possibly beat Kakashi is. Naruto exhaust him from chakra since he has many chakra his normal type, sage mode then kyuubi.
