Anyway, very little is known about the Third Kazekage, but from the Iron Sand Sasori uses, I say he could beat Old Hiruzen, probably not Prime though.

I'll say 3rd Kazekage. Hiruzen's jutsus can be tanked with Iron Sand, and I don't see how Hiruzen can escape Iron Sand Drizzle.
