Naruto would win. FRS can get to Deidei on his bird, and boss toad summons would be a problem for Deidei.

Sage Mode Naruto obviously will win.

Since, Sage mode defeated The Six paths of pain...there is a 100 percent possibility for naruto to win. Even In kyuubi Naruto can knock down deidara.
