Karin is older than Rin and more experienced; Rin also only has Mystical Palm and Medical Ninjutsu while Karin has a bunch more stuff.

Karin would win.

karin doesnt seem to be the person who would actually dare to fight.
If it comes straight down to it I see her actually chickening out.

Rin however seems more braver.She could use some of her Ninja tool's but that all really.

So overall the 2 most likely just stand around and do nothing since neither can attack really.

However if it would come down to it I rather bet more on Rin really.

She was 13 when she did the surgery to Kakashi with basic tool's.
I must admit she would nowaday's be a hell of a great Medical Nin not Tsunade's level but I say defo better than Shizune or even Kabuto or maybe not.

I vote Rin!!!Rin was taught by Minato,who was considered possibly the strongest ninja of all time.She has only been shown to use Medical Ninjutsu yes, but to get to Chunin level she must have had some form of offensive abilities.I think she would Pwn Karin!!!Karin would probs run away or call Sasuke to help her(who would stand and watch her be brutally slaughtered)

ur all basing this on karin being a toatal and utter idiot which she is and i hate her but oro put her in charge of his north hideout she isnt gunna be weaker than a chunin and do u see how she messes up those prisoners when they have an uprising srry but rin is like 13 and karin is like 69jk still i say karin would beat the crap outta her in a few minutes at least

Karin. Orochimaru didn't leave her in charge of a base for nothing. She's gotta have some strength, or physical abilities.
