nah. tsunade would get jacked. first of all she is to slow to be able to survive long enough against this group. Y? U have an experienced close range fighter that cant be killed by taijutsu. suigetsu would easily have her occupied by himself. Than you have a long ranged / close ranged fighter that can back up suigetsu. Tsunade cannot smash a crystal thats coming up behind her and going through the back of her head. Guren can turn anything into crystal, that includes gras trees bushes all probably going to be located right next to stunade.

Even though Tsunade is A Kage-Level Ninja, If She Will Fight a S rank-like ninjas..one with Crystal Jutsu and one with a sword. If Suigetsu And Guren Combine to Fight Tsunade..There is a possibility of Tsunade losing.

But if its one on one, I think Tsunade Has A Chance to Win.
