I know what is coming as far as real plot for like the next year or two of anime because I read the manga first. Filler provides something new.

Without filler there would be no tobi acting like a schoolgirl or sticking his butt out. I am willing to wait on real plot for gems like that once in a while.

I agree--Tobi is win, and we don't get to see any of his goofy side after the real plot starts to emerge. I think that's the only reason I like fillers; I get to see more of my favorite characters. But when they drag on too long it starts to get on my nerves, and they could try to make the characters they introduce less Mary-Sue/Gary-Stu-ish. And the plots could be better...

i hate fillers, the only thing i like about the filler when they show you naruto in action.

1) Naruto finds Sasuke and he kicks his butt, drags him back to the Hidden Leaf Village, but when Sasuke recovers in the village hospital, gets up and walks out of his own free will. Sasuke is, and never was, as naive and warm-hearted as Naruto. (many years pass) Sasuke kills his brother - and then returns to the Leaf village. Naruto is angry at him but eventually they become the best of friends. (Many episodes later) Both are sent on a really dangerous mission - they succeed but only after Sasuke saves Naruto's life using a technique taught to him by Orochimaru.

2) HINATA FINALLY TELLS NARUTO HER FEELINGS!!!! AHHHHHH! ... (breathjing) sorry, this sub-plot is driving me crazy.

3) Kuranai finds love... man that episode sequence was harsh.

There's too much for me to post ... but I would guess those are my top three "what I'd like to see".

first of all I want this filler to end and then I want to see the Jiraya vs. Pain fight, but if they put a filler in between the Jiraya vs. Pain fight and the whol sakuke thing (even though I hate sasuke) I'll be mad. And so I basically want to see what is in the manga and NOT fillers:!:

%100 agreed. And the Shippuden fillers have been great quality in my opinion... just a bit too long.

Anything that makes more use of my beloved Shino-kun is a friend of mine. Kabuto is awesome in the latest arc too. Seeing more of them is definitely what I would "like to see in upcoming episodes"

One thing I can't wait to see animated is Kabuto after the above incident...

Especially when he confronts Naruto and co. with his new dream and persona.
