I like both Naruto and DBZ..with Dragon Ball/Z/GT it has been with me for so long..but i like Naruto better more because its more this generation and has better animation and i prefer the kick ass fights they have in it and i like the storyline and how each character has its own past story. But Japan is bringing out Dragon Ball Kai which is the Dragon Ball Z series just re-voice'd, a clearer picture, new theme songs and best of all its been cut down so it dosen't drag on as much as it did. (just a rumour but i hear that from 291 eps they'll go down to 100..but thats crazy O_O)

Its funny. So many people hate DBZ. But it was not only the longest running anime of all-time, but the first anime to actually get dubbed to america. We would probably know nothing about anime if it wasnt for Dragonball Z. In fact, The creator of Naruto got into anime just because of Dragonball Z.

Dragon Ball Z/GT/KAI always, it can't be beaten
Its so much more spaced out.
Naruto can get boring, especially with the useless fillers.
DBZ's fillers were much intact with the manga/movies.

dragon ball kai did come out a little while ago and it sucks the voice over's are made by crappy voice actors

Dragon ball Kai is made by the exact same Japanese voice actors, they're not crappy, and it shows every Saturday night in Fuji TV. It actually has pretty good ratings, much like the One Piece ratings.
