I switch around a lot. For comfortable wearing, I simply tie it around my waist - like Lee's / Gai's. Sometimes I do put it around my forehead, old fashioned styled. Once in a while, I move it to the side (something like Zabuza's style) or tilt one side down (Kakashi's but not for too long).

I find wearing it around the neck to be bothersome.
