for my own opinion i would have to say THAT ICHIGO WOULD HAVE A BETTER ADVANTAGE IN HIS WAY BC HES A SOUL REAPER, HE CAN ATTACK FROM ANY DIRECTION

I would have to say Ichigo, because Naruto would have to be if anything in sage mode to find Ichigo. so all he would have to do before then his stab him and cut his head off. Or I am sure Full Hollowed form Vasto Lorde would release those crazy butt ceros all over him before Naruto found him in sage mode.
