Juubi's really in trouble this time! In his bloodlust, he's stumbled into the Pokeverse and come across its top death machine: Magikarp. This Magikarp has seen the rise and fall of countries, splashed in the blood of many enemies... This is the Magikarp to end all Magikarp.

Restrictions:
Although I know this is a bloodbath, try to debate valiantly for Juubi.

Since this is the magikarp of all magikarps, I assume stats are maxed out and all
possible move tutor attacks (all one of them) are learned.

I can't see Juubi tanking Magikarp's bounce before it destroys the eye. Hard to defend the juubi D:

there is multiple magikarp sweep viedos on youtube where Magikarp beats a full team of pokemon with it's awesome powers. Magikarp could solo entire universes if he wanted to.
