Yeah Meloetta will be getting a movie. Go to bulbapedia and view the pokemon movies section. It mentions a pokemon movie with Meloetta in the title.

The movie section doesn't have a Meloetta movie.
The site has "Meloetta's Dazzling Recital" and "Sing Meloetta: Search for the Rinka Berries" which are both Pokemon Shorts however.
