sasuke has 3 tomoe sharingan

What exactly is "face to face" distance. That they are simply in each others presence?

Sasuke could probably dodge finger bullets if shot out randomly but if he gets into cqc even with a 3 tomoe sharingan I doubt he'd win.

Fire Ball jutsu shouldin't do much to Kimi if it hits but Kimi should be able to dodge those as well.

Ninja tools are essentially useless. So I guess Chidori is Sasuke's only effective way to defeat Kimi and he can't use that forever.

Face to face is most likely really close. Finger bone bullets GG even is saskue can see them he can not dodge from that close. Saskue coul not beat drunk lee and especially not graara so saskue has no chance . Saskue has nothing to hurt kimmi. Saskue has low endurance and can not keep up that kind if speed n taijutsu

Kimimaro in my opinion, he had more experience than Sasuke would, in fighting I mean plus he seemed to be incredibly intelligent, not calling Sasuke dumb but Kimimaro seemed very tactical.

Kimimaro tanked a terrain changing earthquake while buried and crushed. The only reason he died is from ninja AIDS like Itachi.

If it's face to face, then Kimi can use finger bullets before Sasuke could pull out chidori handsigns.

Plus, didn't Kimi take out all of the Sound Four (who were in CS1) while in base, while Sasuke couldn't take a single one of them out while they were in base?

No. sasuke wins because his hair deflects any bone

Sasuke has never shown any kind of hair hardening if i am wrong tell me when.

Other then that sasuke does not have that much hair to cover everything even if he could do that.
