OK me and my friends were recently talking about this that it got me to thinking who would win in a fight between Death Stroke and Dead Pool.

They get all feats and they were fighting in New York, if that even matters.

But honestly, I think DP would win due to his insane healing factor.

I say Deadpool wins. Unless something has happened recently, he literally can't die. Not just because of his healing factor, but because he was cursed with immortality to be kept from putting the moves on Lady Death. Deathstroke may be a tough opponent for him because he is basically just like him without the craziness, but the healing factor and immortality make Deadpool unkillable.

Aside from Deadpool literally being unkillable at this point...
Once you die, the match ends. Even if you can revive yourself indefinately, the moment you die that doesn't matter because the match is over.

Tl;dr : Death is the end of the match. Any revive/resurrects don't matter unless theres another body to buy time while you do it.
