Twilight Sparkle vs. Chunin Exam Shikamaru

Shikamaru is at the time of the Chunin Exam, Twi is current. All feats up to their current point, no prep, basic knowledge (Shika knows Twi can use something similar to Ninjutsu, Twi knows Shika can use something similar to Magic), Twi doesn't have access to books or elements of harmony, Shika only has basic ninja equipment. Battleground is an abandoned Canterlot Castle, start at opposite ends of the throne room.

I'd say that since Twi has teleportation, its gonna be hard for Shikamaru to catch her with his shadow, plus she can catch anything he throws at her and just turn it right back. Also, there is also the chance that she can reverse Shika's gravity, so he just floats off into space...or at least high enough to die from a fall. And I'm sure there are a lot of other ways Twi can win as well, since her specialty is magic and she's been studying it since she was really young.

I think you might be right, this could be a bit of a mismatch. I'll wait for one or two more opinions, and if the general consensus is with your opinion, I'll upscale Shika or put more limits on Twi.
