Tobi vs Madara

Two of the Uchiha clan's most powerful members, both fighting for the same goal in the series. But what if they fought each other?

Location: The area where Madara and Tobi are currently fighting against the Allied Shinobi Forces.
Knowledge: Much (Madara trained Tobi and they know about all techniques they had before Madara's death).
Restrictions: None.
Intenion: To kill.

My own conclusion:

This is a tough one... Tobi has his space-time techniques which will keep Madara off his back for five minutes. Tobi can use his Sharingan/Mangekyou Sharingan and Rinnegan simultaneously while Madara has to switch between his two Dojutsu, which might give Tobi another advantage. However, Madara has far more devastating combat techniques and much more experience, not to mention the First Hokage's DNA and the Perfect Susanoo. In the end I give this battle to Madara Uchiha, but it will still be a difficult fight.
Final result: Madara wins

Either way madara cant win this. He cant touch tobi in any way.
Yes madara outclasses him in every department. Yes madara would murk tobi if he could hit him.

But the point is he cant. Madara cant also not continuously attack tobi for a full 5 minutes without a pause. Not to mention tobi can just dodge out of the way off his attacks.

Then we have tobi who really cant touch madara in any way. He giant shuriken and lame firestyle gets blasted away by maddys fan alone.

Its a stalemate. Unless tobi manages to port madara away before he gets meteord/other haxxed abilties.

Really Tobi is pretty much unbeatable without kamui or prep.

Well, Madara knows of tobio's abilities, so Madara would not attack him directly, Using a wood clone to draw him out, as he attacks, susano'o sword through his spine (basically same order of attack on Tusnde)

Madara wins. All of you forget that Tobi needs to be tangible in order to attack. If he's holding shuriken, he is tangible and Madara can hit the hand holding the shuriken.

Yes. Both characters are at their absolute strongest: Tobi has those two abilities while Madara has DNA from the First Hokage. Madara is summoned by the Edo Tensei - does that make him more difficult to kill? Sorry if that's a dumb question, but I have not read much about the Edo Tensei.

Unlimited chakra and regeneration beats space-time ninjutsu in my opinion. Tobi can only be untouchable for five minutes, while I assume that Madara's abilities from the Edo Tensei are permanent. So Madara can just constantly attack Tobi for 5+ minutes and kill him. Correct?

Tobi can HOLD his intangability for 5 minutes without interruption/going solid. At which point the timer pretty much resets.

In any case tobi can use his intagability whenever he wants.

Also you assume tobi is just going to stand in one place and let himself get attacked for a whole 5 minutes. While tobi could just port out any attack maddy throws at him.

Also madara cant attack at the rate of 600 billion paper bombs without interruption.

Edit: With Gedo Mazo and the six paths Madara will get barraged by TBB'ed x6 before he even can attack tobi.

Madara can absorb those with Rinnegan.
