Neji is too smart and took out multiple opponents of spiders. Huuyga are MASTERS at close combat which is the twins perfered fighting
THe twins just have strength and speed but no taijutsu. Neji is on par with speed and with 128 palms.... there is just no counter

Neji is the best counter. If he would've matched up against the brothers it would've been a nightmare, unfortunately, he was the only genin skilled enough to take on Kidomaru 1v1 at the time.

Even if they do get lucky and manage to merge with him, unlike Kiba, Neji won't have to impale his liver to scare one of the twins out. His attacks are precise. He can target specific tenketsu to limit chakra flow and then open them up again when they leave.

Neji is a hyuuga and he has the advantage

-Sakon and ukon underestimate their opponent and they want to toy/savor the fight
Neji would get down to bussiness

I support the above comments. Neji would win, even without Rotation. His 64 Palms is enough to finish off Sakon and Ukon, and even if they did manage to merge with him I am pretty sure that he would be able to strike at the cells with enough precision to force them out.

Neji wins he would have been better suited to that fight than Kiba but then again Kiba wasn't suited to any of those opponents
