I like Kimimaro much better than any ninja of the Leaf village, to be honest. However, Hashirama Senju is one of the most powerful shinobi in history with the legendary Wood style element. Kimimaro's chance of victory is zero, but his chance of making worthy opposition in close combat is not to be underestimated.

But I do believe that Kimimaro could defeat some of the weaker Kage-level ninjas; he was proven to be more powerful than Gaara in the first season (and Gaara still uses sand in the second season) and I believe that Tsunade - who favors close combat - would meet quite strong resistance from Kimimaro.

Anyway the guy who heals without handseals can knock people with pollen and can restrain entire bijuus with his wood should not have any trouble with kimimaro as kimimaro cannot defend against any of those abilities. All of his bone attacks would be blocked by wood. And he doesnt have any other attacks.

Thats not even mentioning the wood dragon.

Welcome to the forum Mundus. I think all the other members might have forgotten their manners. Unfortunately, these two characters are on completely different planes. Sometimes as a default for making good threads you can look at the tier lists under group debate and kind of put a group together based on their level and abilities.

Really the only people who can take Hashirama head on at this point would be Madara, Kabuto, Tobi, or Naruto. Any other fight will require some sort of teamwork, modifications to a character / characters (similar to what you did here) or restrictions.
