Kid Sasuke - Has Chidori, but his curse mark his sealed by Kakashi, basically his exact condition when he fought Gara at the Chunin Exams.

Konahamaru- His feats, Including his fight with Naruto in the Chunin Exams OVA. He was able to to use Naruto's special Rasangan, Asumas Fire Jutsu and The Thirds Shadow Shuriken Technique as well as match Narutos shadow clones.

They are fighting in the woods.
Standard Ninja Gear, what they would need for a basic mission.

Konohamaru has Giant Rasengan, a technique more powerful than the original Rasengan that would've killed Sasuke on the rooftop.

Read the OP, he was referencing the one from the final round of the Chuunin Exams. Doesn't matter though this thread is still Konohamaru's.

Konohamaru, no contest. He basically seems to be Naruto at that time but better. Naruto was equal or even marginally superior.
