I don't know how much I can say. It was too short of a chapter of form any opinion on. I just know there was an off-panel escape and Ichigo appeared.

It was way too fast i didn't even realize that Ichigo fought someone until i reread the chapter it was so boring and i feel like i already saw it

It was essentially the same with Aizen; just replace Yamamoto with that blind black dude, Byakuya with Komamura, and Aizen with Juha Bach.

Yamamoto/Jimi Hendrix being casually killed by Aizen/Juha Back, only then for silent, serious Ichigo to burst through the sky and instantly aim for a killing blow. Then Komamura/Byakuya exchanging some random, forgetful thanks to him, and we now back to the mediocrity that is Bleach's plot.


How was he powered up?

Probably through the power of resolve or some lame deus ex machina that Kubo had now just pulled out of his ass.

That, or the person whom had killed that one Quincy captain dude helped him.

But either way, Ichigo's gotten a ludicrous power-up, as always. Casually off-paneling Sternritters now, when he had struggled to even fight on even terms with that Quincy captain ten or twenty chapters back.

Ichigo's gonna get a random power-up again. and this time, he's going to reach transcendent status, stay there, and be even more powerful than his Final Getsuga Tensho forms.

What I can't get my head around is why Bach looks like he's slightly shakened by Ichigo, from his entrance to him blocking his path. This is the guy who one-shotted Yamamoto, off-panelled a released Hallibel casually, and his copycat off-panelled Kenpachi casually while barehanded. Unless Ichigo is, at best, as strong as say... R1 Ulquiorra (which I heavily doubt), he shouldn't be anywhere near any threat to Bach. And Bach even has Yamamoto's Bankai to..
