Um, since I haven't seen Inari do much, I'll go with TS Akamaru on this one.

Inari's shown nothing more than a small crossbow in terms of fighting, which Akamaru could easily dogde. Plus, Akamaru could use fang over fang to rip Inari to pieces. Akamaru STOMPS.

Well akamaru wouldnt really be anything without kiba, or soldier pills.
Im not sure which would win, you cant really decide anything cuz who knows how powerful inari has grown during the time skip?
