Well, you'll never be uberpowerful if you aren't very good strategically. Someone will outsmart you one day and then it's over for you.

However, if we are talking Super speed, that's something that can get you pretty far even if your strategy is average.

I think not, because he has Attack, Defense and Speed in spades.
Speed gives you control over most enemy's. No time to think of strategy when the enemy is thrusting a knife into your chest with in the first millisecond of the encounter.
