Don't forget Goku, unlike Kakashi still has flight, generic Ki blasts, Kamehameha, Spirit Bomb, Kaioken, Solar Flare, way more experience and superior Martial arts skills.

This thread is basically a proof Goku is not strong just because of his physical stats but because of his skills as well!!! :D

Kaioken pretty much increases his physical stats. So that's kinda of a mute point.

Kakashi's stamina isn't equal to that of goku's. Goku can fly. Kakashi really isn't going to kamui much.

Goku has more skill in the realm of martial arts, and has displayed intelligence in combat on par to vegeta's. Who was said to be a master of combat intelligence and technique.

The only plausible way I see kakashi winning is with kamui, and even then, I highly doubt he'll be able to use it.

Well back in the Saiyan Saga, generic ki blasts weren't really all that fast so Kakashi should be able to dodge them.

Goku's Spirit Bomb takes huge amounts of prep even in the version in which he used against Vegeta in their first encounter.

Kamehamaha and Solar Flare woud pose threats, though.

But, with speed and reactions equalized, Goku is suspectible of quickly getting warped even if he's moving. So Goku fires a ki blast at him (one that's at least equal to the one that Piccolo used that reached the moon in a matter of seconds and pulverized it). Kakashi ain't warping that.

I think that'd be his biggest threat to Goku. And the fact that Goku doesn't know about chakra (I think in DBZ there was something semi-similar called Chi.. right?) adds to his advantage and element of surprise.
