actually one incarnation ended up with Captain universes powers.. and he stalemated Mangeto who decided to test out Pete's abilities

This was about two weeks after Magneto rolf stomped the Avengers no selling Thor and Thunderstrikes best lightening..while struggling to hold a multi hundred billion ton asteroid in orbit.. and a few months prior was rolfstomping Shi'ar imperial cruisers which can basically split a planet in half with their main weaponry and have shielding that can tank those shots for hours

so this was a pretty monstrous Magneto and Pete was going toe to toe with him (though Granted Eric was kinda playing Pete did actually push him a little)

that's a bit above Tiens paygrade

but any other Spiderman looses horribly

so yeah when the OP'er specifies nothing..tiens fighting a guy Kenshins master might be able to take a solid nine out of ten on..
