Sage Mode no longer needs prep. He has mastered it and it is instant now.

But I do agree, team jonin stomps since Kakashi's Kamui is OP.

RS Mode? That's too fast for Kakashi to Kamui. Can't Naruto blitz Kakashi? Is that the full kyuubi mode you meant? Or the latest one? There's so many modes. xDD
But if RS mode is there, I don't think Kakashi wins. Naruto can also summon Bunta. Guy in 7th gate is a problem, though. I'm leaning towards Naruto, provided he has his RS cloak.

Rikudou Sennin Cloak. It's that thing Naruto gets after he tamed the Kyuubi. The one he's using to fight Tobi.

using RS takes about a sec and using gates would take a longer time. SO Naruto takes out Guy and B can at LEAST weaken kakashi

Just put Naruto on Gai and Bee on Kakashi. Bee carefully handles Kakashi in V2, and Naruto forces Gai to 7 Gates, Gai dies finishing one of them off or he doesn't get either.

In Rikudo Mode, Naruto can match Gai's speed, throw FRS's to slow Gai down and create clones to take him out. Naruto makes 2 RM Clones, and 1 SM Clone. He gives Bee one RM Mode Clone for support. And the fights break down like this...

Kakashi vs. Bee
Bee is stronger, faster, more durable, and has more stamina than Kakashi. The only hope Kakashi has here is Kamui basically NONE of his other techniques will work. Bee just slowly bumps up the tails he's using and keeps Samehada close by to absorb and of Kakashi's ninjutsu. The RM Naruto clone just emotion senses Kakashi to keep Bee from dying by a sneak attack and throw in an FRS when they see an opening. By the time Bee is in his skeleton form Kakashi is out of chakra and a sitting duck to get decapitated by a Lariat.

Gai vs. Naruto
Naruto's got a RM Clones and a SM Clone. He should basically create his offense around that one SM Clone which can knock Gai out with a Frog Kata. Naruto and his clone use FRS's from multiple directions while Gai either dodges or uses Morning Peacock. Then Naruto uses his clone to make a mini-bijuudama and charges in with his Sage Mode Clone finding a way to corner Gai and take him out.
