does it matter, i think 4 tailed beast is weaker but still with out a scratch on his body, Kisame is no joke all in all, we cant say the same for Oro, if they fight close range, Oro is done

Although Kisame might be stronger enough to win in later chapter, if he's going to beat Killer Bee he's going to need to be a lot stronger.
