To me it seems fairly obvious that in terms of strength Hashirama is by far the strongest Hokage due to the small amount of feats we've seen from him already :)

The 3rd, because he taught all the sennin. Orochimaru, Jiraiya, and Tsunada have been regarded as some of the strongest ninja. The 3rd also knows a very wide range of attacks.

Hashimara: This is obvious enough. For those who say the 3rd is the strongest, remember that the 1st and 2nd Hokage were brought back at a fraction of their complete strength, and they were still extremely powerful. Had extremely complex and powerful techniques of every kind, plus amazing chakra levels. We learn more about how strong he really is every time that a new episode comes out.

Minato: Fastest shinobi, also had knowledge of Uzumaki sealing techniques and the inventor of the rasengan (based off the tailed beast bomb). He was also extremely intelligent and clever in battle.

Tobirama: Extremely powerful water-style, strongest ever seen. In addition, he was an amazing sensor ninja, had very good genjutsu, above average strength and speed, good space-time ninjutsu, and invented the Edo tensei.

Hiruzen: Known as the professor for having known "all" of the jutsu in the leaf village. Excellent teacher and student to the legendary 1st and 2nd. Amazing earth and fire style, along with an incredible knowledge base of about everything. He could summon the monkey-king enma, and has good chakra control and in his youth, incredible chakra stores.

Tsunade: Great administrator, but not the greatest fighter. Naturally a healer, not a fighter, she still has a large amount of fighting prowess, being able to summon the giant slug and having incredible strength. Still, her powers are mostly in the support category, not the offensive.
