He cant, and he'd die before that happens. naruto in base isnt doing crap, amon activates blood bending and naruto is forced to squirm around as bloodbending controls his every move and kills him.

Amon has bended without hands the entire courtroom.

The problem is that he bended with the awareness of the people if I recall.

If Naruto turns out to be a clone he is already doomed even if Naruto doesn't surprise Amon with his speed.

Actually you're forgetting about clones of which even early on base naruto was capable of making a ton and SM naruto is at least mid supersonic which is well above amons reactions
