He's a physical manifestation of negative thoughts and emotions like hate, fear, uncertainty, self loathing ,angst and anxiety.

And the quarter thing is really more of what happens when you die in scott pilgrimverse. Kinda like how in psyren if you die you turn to stone

I meanregular scott and the rest of the cast do cuz a couple of them have gotten minor injuries where they bled

Well considering for the first 99% of the book Scott is a complete basket case, I'd assume Negascott to be pretty potent...

He's at least as powerful as EOS regular scott who's on par with ramona and base gideon and the katyanagis

Then theres really nothing Amon can do since Scott had tanked being shot into the atmosphere and having a very rough reentry and landing, and him only becoming more powerful by the end.
