Honestly it's possible that orochimaru don't know who Tobi is, it's even possible that Madara doesn't know who Tobi actually is, even if they did, they won't revealed it.

yes and no. he's going to ask oro some questions. oro might know who tobi is, he might not. oro probably doesnt know who tobi is anyway

Right now, I don't care about Tobi's ID, as long as I know what he's capable of, it's enough. Tobi's ID will show us his motives for his plans, that's all and yes I understand that's important but we have a bit of his ID, which are his powers, all we need is his background which will show us his motives.

Anyways, he's just going to find Oro and ask him about Rinnegan, Madara and Tobi.

Because I remember Orochimaru was still alive inside of Sasuke while he was fighting Itachi, and after his chakra became so low Orochimaru did his creepy stuff (lol) and appeared. So now that Anko's so beaten up, maybe Orochimaru will appear from her :).
