Hmm. Tough to say. Kidomaru was no doubt the strongest of the sound four and Neji took him out but was almost killed. I would say kidomaru was a low jonin. Kakashi was basically almost an elite jonin when he was young. And he can use lightning blade cuz of the sharingan. I say kakashi wins

Overall I say Neji his rotation blocks mostly all of Kakshi's attacks
Kakashi usually fights close range which is Neji's strong suit
I dont see Young Kakashi beating Naruto nor Kidomaru
And PTS NEji has the motive of fate to win

BTW Sakon/Ukon was the strongest then Tayua then kidmarou then jirobo

Kidomaru had the greatest raw destructive force. Sakon/Ukon are not matching that. And yes kakashi knew lightning blade during the kakashii chronicles

Neji. Kakashi would be able to hold out for a bit seeing as Rotation doesn't do that much damage, but eventually he'd get poked.

Neji was known to be one of the best genin and rivaled sasuke in power, Kakashi during the Gaiden didn't have much to his name except an inexperienced Sharingan and a jonin rank. Also, Kakashi relied mainly on close combat which Neji excels at.
