Custom Avatars for War System Participants

That's right, you read it right! Custom avatars for anyone participating in the War System relaunch.

Rules:

1) You must sign up and submit your character's picture.
2) Your avatar shall be your official character.
3) In order to maintain your CA, you must remain active in the WS.
