I need to clear some stuff up

Im new to this forum and already I see attitudes from people about certain subjects that are driving me crazy. im going to break it down.
One: Overpowered character. What is a overpowered character? HOw do you define this? People say if that character gives you a greater chance of winning because of better moves or anything that people feel that character gives an advantage over other characters. ill use one as an example, masked man. Now with that being said, my problem is people condemning other people for using characters such as masked man. yeah he is used alot, and has some pretty annoying moves. But come on people, I paid 60 bucks for a game that promised me 70+ characters. You are damn straight I will use anyone I want! Now dont get me wrong, I personally dont use masked man because I hate how other people play with him, but i will not talk ;);););) if other people use him. He is a playable character just like everyone else and only losers who cant sit back and think of a way to beat masked man are the ones complaining.
Now another subject, Spamming. the number one talked about subject anywhere. What is spamming? people say spamming is doing a move over and over. Ok lets say that is the case. Now i ask you. what is so hard about beating someone that does the same thing over and over? i mean they are making it easy for you. just sit back and think of a way to stop them. But only sore losers complain. If i lose to a guy that spammed masked mans jutsu over and over, yeah ill be a little pissed, but I wont talk junk. it was my fault for not figuring out how to beat this guy. People only spam what you allow them. if they cannot hit you with the move they are spamming you with, they will stop. Very simple. So i think all of you need to stop making excuses for how you lose, why you quit, and why you all feel as though because someone plays a way that annoys you, that you have to act like a salty loser. If i lose, then i lose, I watch the video and figure out what I did wrong and try to improve. But i will never complain, I will say gg and call it a day. ok i feel better, im ready for the ;);););) talking

Masked Man is overpowerd because:
Jutsu is almost unsubbable
It has priority over way too many moves
Clashes with TUJs
Clashes with Rush U1's, but the bombs still keep spreading
Interrupts combos
Breaks your guard in one hit when Awakened.

Honestly, the dev team was high when they put MM together as a character.

I don't even know what to classify his jutsu as.Is it a rush? Projectile? I don't even know anymore -_-

I think most would call that BROKEN. Way past overpowered, actually. His jutsu renders one of the main aspects of the game, substitutions, almost useless. And when you consider the PURPOSE of subs, then it really does seem broken.


Many complain about spam because its ANNOYING. Not HARD to beat. Its not fun to play a spammer. Even if it IS easy. Unless its a Deidara spammer. Oh those little nooblets. :lol:

yeah i understand that. But that just means you have to think of a way to counter him. I learned to just not even try to go head to head with masked man. I play distance so that way I dont have to worry about his jutsu being all overpowered. You have to play differently for every character. Some I rush, some i dont. Masked man i never rush, thats only asking to get jutsues. sasuke i never rush because of his jutsu. someone like ten ten, im rushin the hell out of her. Its all about play style man, people need to think of ways to beat his broken jutsu instead of complaining about it. thats the main point of this thread. stop complaining and figure out a way to beat characters like this.

People do come up with ways around it. I have. Others have. Doesn't stop it from being annoying as hell. Like you said, we payed 60$ for this to go online and have fun, but we have to put up with this crap. Countering it isn't fun, because we're forced to play in a different style than our prefferred one, or anything remotely close to it.

Anyway, its not a problem for me. I have no problems ragequitting on Masked Man users. Since I only RQ on them, I always have a D/C frequency of 1/10 or 0/10. I'm beginning to think thats why CC2 allows Ragequitting. But the limit should be 5, not 10.

If i really like a game i like to be the best in it, or try too. naruto is one of those games. WHen you see me in ranked, best belive im playing to win, not playing to have fun. If you see my in tournaments or player/endless matches, then thats when im playing to have fun. But ranked bro, its all about winning.

Makes me feel better when I win against a MM user with Hidan and Pain/Oonoki/Tenten/Kimimaro/PTS Gaara supports lol. Its like they were handicapped and I still won.

But the reason I quit this game is because of the cheap supports and annoying playstyles in PLAYER matches, tournaments, endless matches, etc.Its not that I can't win, its because its not fun for me. It was actually someone on this forum who finally pushed me over the edge drove me to quit. Kinda funny because its the same person who drove me to quit Storm 2. That someone shall remain anonymous :lol:

yeah i feel you, that is when the game gets annoying. MAn done u hate when everyone uses hidan and gaara or any other over used support-_- i can see if you were using the ataksuki team or the hidden sand team...but ugh it is annoyin

Also, do not underestimate Deidara. I got into using him lately, and I can assure you he can be a pain. You know, not everyone who uses Deidara is brainless so as to mash square square square all over the whole match and do nothing else.
