actually the lightning blade is built off of the chidori, but it is made to be stronger. It's an enhanced form of the chidori, with the same drawbacks and advantage, but it's more concentrated. for more info on this and chidori got to ...

Well, Lighting Blade is like Chidori on steroids. However, Black Chidori while Sasuke is in C2 form is probably stronger than Lightning Blade.

Edit: It's not black, it's flapping chidori.

yea but sasuke has perfected his chidori and made more jutsus with it, the only one ive see from kakashi's lightning blade is a lightning dog coming out of it.
If you see them both, the lightning blade has longer lightning but the chidori has smaller lightning but has more lightning
