Bosses only.

Which side wins?

Bonus debate. How many more tears will the Atlusverse make you cry?

Ultimecia compresses time.

We have reached a paradox then.

Yes.

Do I need to list all the Atlus games for the uninformed?

I do believe the chaos in FF XIII-2 destroyed time, and was being contained by Etro who Caius killed.

Also technically with all the keys, Xehanort from Kingdom Hearts has control over the Apocalypse.

Also, it is impossible for Caius to die from anyone that isn't a guardian.

Sephiroth can cause a supernova. But regular time mages can simply use redo and reverse time. Hum, paradoxes...

Caius can completely destroy time, and is incapable of dying.

Well, explain to me how destroying time works and how it would affect his opponent :p

He creates an infinite amount of timeline destroying paradoxes in all of the time lines.

It effectively would remove any way for anyone to manipulate time, and any of those who cannot traverse it.

You've lost. A good amount of Shin Megami Tensei protagonists fight on the multiversal scale, not to mention Sandalphon, Satan, guys who casually destroy universes on a daily basis. And if you want, there is Allah/Yahweh/The Great Will/God.

Keep in mind the fayth, who can dream and make those dreams reality. If this fight takes place within their dreams, they are basically gods, and can easily overcome any time manipulations. It kind of has to be in their dreams if they are fighting some of the characters from FFX.

I never said that was the most powerful character I could name to fight. So I fail to see how I lose when there was never a contest.

Pretty much this.

Atlus have many beings on the multiversal scale. SquareEnix is sunk.

Does SquareEnix have an actual omnipotent? No? Okay then, case closed.

EDIT: And before you ask, no, Ultemecia is not an omnipotent. Neither is that teleporting dude from FF3.

I might be wrong, but I think even Ogre Battle Tactics boss is omnipotent.

Atlus has them all over the place.

Edit: Although, who owns that is a bit of a toss up. Atlus did and then Enix and then Square killed it for FF Tactics. Bunch of copy cats.

Yup. Most of their bosses are way too overpowered.

From what I've seen, your average Shin Megami Tensei title/series tends to be an entire multiverse, which ultimately is a part of some sort of giant 'metaverse' that makes up the entire franchise.

Well, I am trying to think about other Atlus games. Summon Nights' bosses are gods too think.

O_;);););) then there is Radiant Historia. Redoing time as you please.

Promathia and Altana from FFXI are both omnipotents. They're the creator.
Wave of Existance from Xenogears is omnipotent.
Not to mention The Void from the original FF, but he's probably pseudo at best.

All the bosses Vat and Woo are stating are Pseudo-Omnipotents.

Nope. Polaris is the omnipotent of all multiverses and can create and delete them as easily as making new files on a computer.

And I did say bosses. Meaning if you can't fight and beat it; it doesn't count. Don't really know how you can be a "true" omnipotent if you can lose

Well, The Great Will is omnipotent and he did lose in a boss battle, but it was later revealed he had intentionally thrown the fight.

So I don't see him not being omnipotent. He is God after all. Control of the metaverse and everything. He has feats like simultaneously destroying and creating billions of universes in the amount of time it would someone to blink.
